Refund Policy
Digital Goods and Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI music generation, all sales of subscriptions and generation credits are final and non-refundable once the service has been used.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Paattu management team, such as in cases of documented technical failure where the generation service was completely unavailable despite a successful charge.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay) back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
