By accessing and using Paattu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Paattu is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create music and lyrics based on text prompts. We provide both free and paid subscription plans with varying levels of usage limits and features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
4. AI-Generated Content
Music and lyrics are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the uniqueness, originality, or accuracy of the generated content. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the Platform's AI models or infrastructure.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
Paattu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the content generated therein.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
