Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyPaattu (the “Platform”), a product operated by Growvior Software Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may verify your email address before enabling generation.

3. Description of the Service

MyPaattu is an AI-powered platform that lets you generate original music, lyrics, and cover art from text prompts; turn your voice into a song; remix songs; and edit multitrack projects in the Studio editor. Features and limits vary by plan. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Plans, Billing, and Payments

• Free plan — includes a limited number of generations per day for personal, non-commercial use.
• Paid plans (Creator, Studio) — provide higher daily limits, additional features (such as the Studio editor and WAV export), and a commercial-use licence, billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Ownership and Licensing of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees:

• Your outputs — you may use the songs, lyrics, and artwork you generate as permitted by your plan.
• Free plan — content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Paid plans — include a commercial licence for content generated while your subscription is active, allowing use in monetised videos, ads, client work, and other commercial contexts.
• All content is original AI output and is not matched by content-identification systems to existing recordings. However, we do not guarantee exclusivity, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.
• You are responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• impersonates a real person or artist, or imitates a specific voice or identity without authorisation;
• is intended to deceive, spread misinformation, or facilitate fraud;
• violates any applicable law or the rules of platforms where you distribute it.

You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Platform or its AI models, resell access without authorisation, or bypass usage limits or security measures. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, and underlying models and infrastructure, is owned by Growvior Software Private Limited and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. “MyPaattu” and related marks may not be used without our permission.

8. AI Disclaimer

Content is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that generated music or lyrics will be unique, original, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the Platform and its outputs at your own discretion and risk.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPaattu, Growvior Software Private Limited, and their operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising from your use of the Platform or generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPaattu and Growvior Software Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your generated content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
